Six years ago, I walked into Todd's office pretty much an anxious basket case. I was on the verge of losing my house, ill parents, work dried up, and I was contemplating bankruptcy. After a lengthy, free, no-pressure consult, Todd told me to go take some time and think about it. Two weeks later I decided to try and save the house with the potential of filing bankruptcy (not necessarily in that order). The process dragged on for nearly 3 years. Todd was with me every step of the way. He was caring (yup, caring!), responsive, and made one of the toughest times of my life bearable! He takes b.s. from no one, and always told me the truth (even if it was something I didn't want to hear). I felt protected and taken care of. It was like someone coming to rescue the little guy (me) on the playground from the bully (bank). Later, when I moved, I had to switch attorneys. I immediately felt like a number, could never get the guy on the phone and he would sometimes not even remember who I was! So, I called Todd. Without stepping on anyone's toes, he advised me as much as he could while I was with this turkey-- willing to help in whatever capacity he could. Todd, I can't thank you enough for all the moral support and guidance. You gave me hope when I had little. I will not forget that. My best to you and your staff!
